"History & Culture of Cotton Art in Egypt"

Giza Cotton Art Exhibition has been proudly honored by the prestigious presence of the Ministry of Agriculture,

through the Director of the Cotton Research Institute, Dr. Hesham Mosaad, jointly with Dr. Antonio Verde,

Counsellor of the Italian Minister of the Foreign Affairs & Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Italy in Cairo. 

On behalf of the Italian Cultural Institute in Egypt, Prof. Rosa De Luca has attended followed by one of her Egyptian alumni.

The Art Exhibition has been supported by the Egyptian Cotton Project, with the participation of Dr. Felice Longobardi,

the director of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation in Cairo and Miss Sara Berlese, the Programme Officer

of UNIDO Regional Office in Egypt, by which the Egyptian Cotton Project is funded and implemented, respectively,

in partnership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Giza Cotton team has enthusiastically appreciated as well, the valuable visit of part of the stakeholders

of the Project, artists, partners and friends.
